- We use reputable subprocessors to deliver the Services and require appropriate security and privacy commitments from them.

- Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers, organization details, and subscription status.
- Usage data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, settings and preferences, and actions taken in the app.
- Communications: emails and messages sent to us, support requests, and feedback.
- Voice calls and transcripts: when using our AI Agents, your audio may be recorded and transcribed to generate reports and improve call quality and reliability.
- Payment data: limited billing details handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
How We Use Information

- Generate and deliver AI-assisted reports from call transcripts.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.

Subprocessors and Data Sharing
We rely on trusted service providers including: Supabase (hosting, authentication, database), Retell AI (telephony and voice agent infrastructure), OpenAI (transcription and text analysis), Resend (email), and Stripe (payments). We share only the minimum necessary data with subprocessors to provide the Services.
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data.
Security
